The Arcadia Joggers pattern is designed to fit like traditional jogger pants that are slightly fitted in the hips with slim-but-not-tight legs. The Pocket A is done in a very easy and unique way that adds to the “lounge” look and the Pocket B has the more sophisticated look of side seam pockets while still simple to create.
Shorts, Calf length and Pants, all with the option of two different pockets, a drawstring, two rises and a maternity waistband! Make them in fun knit prints or solids, even sweatshirt knit, and you have a pattern that will take you from morning to bedtime and in all seasons!
This pattern is designed for knit fabric and requires only 20% stretch. For the bands, a fabric with at least 5% lycra or spandex is recommended for optimal stretch and recovery, and 50% stretch. For the Maternity band, a knit fabric with at least 75% stretch is required, with dance and swimwear knit being preferred.
